Naveen Patnaik Laid Foundation Of R. 112 Cr At Mahima Gadi,Dhenkanal

 DHENKANAL: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today performed bhumi pujan of Upasana peetha,bhakti mandap, Sunya mandap and peripheral developmental project of Mahima Peetha at Joranda in Dhenkanal district.

 Speaking on the occasion the chief minister said these projects will cost rupees 112 crore and will be completed  within three years time.There after the place will be one of the important tourist spots of the country.

 He said Odisha is a land of God and virtue.Mahima religion has not only made the Joranda soil sacred but also brings a special place in the spiritual map of  India .He said he was happy to come to Joranada and have the company of the saints.

 The chief minister also said that mahima dharma believes in simple life, equality and universal welfare by adopting the universe as one family.The message of the great saint Santha Bhima Bhoi of Mahima religion is a great inspiration for us,he added.Mahima dharma has given thought to us how to sacrifice ourselves world welfare.He hoped that after completion of the construction work Joranda will become a prominent place in the spiritual and tourism spots of India.He expressed his well wishes for coming magha mela and agni purnima.

 

 

  Speaking on the occasion the 5T chairman VKPandian said that there are some people who worked for their own credit but there are few people who work as service.

 He expressed  his happiness that the chief minister is starting a transformation of project of Mahima peetha which he visited  last May 29.He revealed that some people opposed the good works meant for mahima gadi and lettered opposing the work were sent to the chief minister’s office.Butr chief minister has decided for the overall development of mahima Peetha.He said not only at Joranda but also at 81 places of the state Mahima peethas are being developed.

 Others who spoke on the occasion were Mines Minister prfulla mallik,Dhenkanal MP Mahesh Sahoo,MLA Nrusingha Sahoo,Sudhir Samal and Seema Nayak.
