These 4 fruits can help in controlling high uric acid, include them in diet

 URIC ACID: Uric acid can lead to difficulty in walking, clots, and swelling in the legs.Uric acid is a chemical found in the blood that is made in everyone's body and is filtered out of the body by the kidneys. When the amount of purine in the body becomes too high and the kidney is unable to filter it, this acid starts accumulating in the joints and causes severe pain.

 Include olive oil in the diet

Olive oil helps in controlling uric acid. Olive oil is rich in Vitamin-E which naturally regulates uric acid levels. To control uric acid, cook food in olive oil.

 Get 7-8 hours of sleep

Sleep is also very important in uric acid disease which develops due to poor diet- and poor lifestyle. Lack of sleep can aggravate this disease. Lack of sleep leads to the release of stress hormones in the body, which are responsible for increasing the uric acid levels.
