Congress Accuses BJP's Poster Boy Deputy CM Samrat Choudhary Of Falsifying Age
She stated that while there had been controversy and suspicion regarding Samrat Choudhary's degree until now, many lies about his age are now coming to light.
At a press conference in Patna, Supriya Shrinete, while referring to Samrat Choudhary as the BJP's poster boy, took a jibe saying that he is such a 'human' who can decrease or increase his age according to his convenience—a trait that cannot be found in anyone else.
Supriya Shrinete claimed that in the ensuing election, Samrat Choudhary has declared his age as 56 years in his election affidavit. According to him, he was born in 1968, but there is a Supreme Court decisive order dated October 16, 2003, which states that Samrat Choudhary was born in 1981, making him 44 years old at that time.
She also mentioned that the court had given this verdict based on a certificate from the Bihar Secondary Education Board.
Taking a dig at the BJP, she said that the BJP is magically reducing and increasing ages in Bihar, and now it remains to be seen what the Election Commission does.
Congress leader Supriya Shrinete also referenced a murder case, stating that in 1995, a murder had taken place in Tarapur, in which Samrat Choudhary's involvement had come to light.
At that time, he had given a written affidavit stating his age as 15 years, on the basis of which he was granted bail.
She said that in the 2010 affidavit, Samrat Choudhary had declared himself as 28 years old. So how has he become 56 years old today? This is a puzzle.
