Murder of Dalit in Raebareli a Stain on the Nation – Kharge

Rai Bareli: In response to the brutal murder of Dalit youth Hariom Valmiki in Uttar Pradesh’s Raebareli district, Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge described it as a “grave crime” against India’s Constitution and the spirit of social justice.
