Raja Raghuvanshi Murder Case: Wife Sonam Kills Husband During Honeymoon

In a major breakthrough, in the murder case of Raja Raghuvanshi from Indore, Meghalaya Police have arrested four individuals, including the victim’s wife, Sonam.

Police said Sonam Raghuvanshi was behind her husband’s murder and had hired contract killers.

DGP I. Nongrang confirmed that four people, including the wife, have been arrested in connection with the murder of the Indore resident.

Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma posted on 'X,' stating that within seven days of the Raja murder case, the police achieved significant success. Three attackers from Madhya Pradesh have been arrested, and the woman (Sonam) has surrendered. Operations are still underway to apprehend one additional suspect.

Notably, on Saturday, a tourist guide claimed that on the day Raja Raghuvanshi and his wife Sonam, a honeymoon couple from Indore, went missing from Meghalaya’s Sohra area, three men were also seen with them. An official confirmed that the guide had provided this information to the police.
