Whoever will try to change the constitution, people will gouge out their eyes, says Lalu Prasad Yadav
PATNA: In a fierce attack on Prime minister Narendra Modi former Chief Minister of Bihar and National President of Rashtriya Janata Dal Lalu Yadav said that whoever will try to change the constitution the people take out their eyes.
In an interview,Lalu Prasad said,”BJP people are losing the 2024 election. They are giving the slogan of 'crossing 400' to demoralise the public.Their party leaders are continuously saying openly that they will change the Constitution. This constitution has been made by Dr. BR Ambedkar. Whoever tries to change this, the eyes of the poor, Dalits and backward people of the country will gouge out their eyes”.
In a harsh tone,Lalu Prasad said that if they try to change the constitution, the people of the country will not forgive.”He wants to bring his rule in the country. Want to bring dictatorship. Changing the Constitution means changing democracy. Changing democracy means that these people do not want democracy in the country. They want to end democracy and bring dictatorship in the country”Lalu Yadav said.
On the question of NDA getting majority in 2024, Lalu Prasad said that there is no hope of getting majority. PM Narendra Modi should remember that earlier, Mohan Bhagwat had talked about reviewing the reservation, and the people of the country responded to his intention. The same situation is going to happen this time also,he said.
