13 Soldiers Killed, 24 Injured in Suicide Attack in Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province

 In a suicide attack in Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province on Saturday, 13 security personnel were killed, and 24 others were injured.

According to reports, a suicide bomber rammed an explosives-laden vehicle into a bomb disposal unit’s vehicle in the Khaddi area of North Waziristan district this morning.

 

 Among the injured there are 14 civilians, including women and children. Several of the injured are stated to be in critical condition.

At the time of the incident, a curfew had been imposed in the area due to military movement. Security agencies have launched a relief operation following the blast. The terrorist group Usud al-Harb, linked to the Hafiz Gul Bahadur group, has claimed responsibility for the attack.

This incident is being described as one of the deadliest in North Waziristan in recent months, raising serious concerns about the security situation in the region.
