Iran's attack triggers war, Iraq, Jordan and Israel close airspace

 TEHERAN:After the death of Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah, Iran has fired hundreds of ballistic missiles at Israel amid heightened tensions between two regional arch-rivals. Amid the attack by Iran Iraq, Jordan and Israel have closed the airspace. Flights are being diverted. Major air routes are now closed. Iraqi airspace has been temporarily closed,according to official reports.

The Israeli military informed that Iran has fired dozens of missiles at Israel. Sirens warning of air raids are ringing across the country. The army said that it has ordered residents to stay near bunkers. Several explosions were heard near Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, although it was not immediately clear whether these explosions were due to missiles falling or Israeli security forces blocking the attacks, or both.

Meanwhile,Israel and the US have warned that there will be serious consequences in case of an attack by Iran on Israel. Israeli army spokesman Rear Admiral Daniel Hagri said that the country's air defense system is fully operational, detecting and intercepting threats. Orders to stay in safe places were sent to Israelis' mobile phones and announced on national television.

 

 Videos of missiles fired by Iran have surfaced, in which missiles were seen being launched at many places in Israel. A senior White House official warned that if Iran fired a ballistic missile against Israel, it would have serious consequences. American ships and aircraft are deployed in the region to assist Israel in case of an attack from Iran.

Iran says it has fired missiles in protest against the killing of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah and Hamas chief Ismail Haniya. Iran has also said that if Israel attacks, it will get a befitting reply. Several explosions were heard near Tel Aviv and Jerusalem on Tuesday night.

After Iran's attack, America has come forward to help Israel. US President Joe Biden has asked the army to immediately help Israel. Biden has also warned Iran to face the consequences. 'Iran is a threat to Israel'
