Rahul Gandhi Vows Action Against Election Commissioners if INDIA Alliance Forms Government

(Fast Mail):--  During a public gathering in Gaya, Bihar, as part of his Voter Adhikar Yatra, Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, on Monday accused the Election Commission of India (ECI) of vote theft, calling it an attack on the Constitution.

He declared that if the INDIA alliance forms governments at the Centre and in Bihar, action will be taken against the Chief Election Commissioner and other Election Commissioners for alleged vote manipulation.

Gandhi stated, “Vote theft is an attack on the Constitution, the soul of India, and Bharat Mata. We will not allow the Election Commission or Modi to attack our Bharat Mata and Constitution.”

He further criticized the ECI’s Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of voter lists, comparing it to the “special packages” promised by PM Modi for Bihar, alleging it is a mechanism to manipulate votes.

Gandhi claimed the ECI demanded an affidavit from him regarding their actions, but he retorted, “I tell the Election Commission to wait a little. The entire country will demand an affidavit from you. We will catch your theft in every state, every Lok Sabha constituency, every Assembly constituency, and show it to the nation.”

He sarcastically remarked that the ECI’s SIR is a “new special package” for Bihar, designed to steal votes.

He further alleged that elections in Haryana, Maharashtra, and Karnataka were manipulated by the BJP in collusion with the ECI.

Gandhi cited an example from Karnataka, where a voter list check in one Assembly constituency revealed over 1 lakh fake voters.

He warned, “Understand this clearly: the day the INDIA alliance forms governments in Bihar and Delhi, action will be taken against you (Election Commissioners).”

RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav, addressing the gathering, accused Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar of working under PM Modi’s instructions.

He said, “We are Biharis, and Narendra Modi and the Election Commission are trying to cut our votes. They think they can fool Biharis, but they don’t know this is Bihar—here, people rub lime into their tobacco. They want to snatch our voting rights and our entitlements. The BJP and Election Commission are conspiring to destroy democracy and the Constitution.”
